System administration performed on behalf of our clients always includes pro-active monitoring. Advanced monitoring, alerting and escalation tools allow us to not only react to outages of specific services, but also to predict possible outages with significant lead-time, based on continuous monitoring of dozens of parameters for each system or application and prevent them. Our clients usually only learn about the outages of their services  from work reports.
